Wayne Perry

Co-Owner/ President (waynep@uitprod.com)

Wayne has over 45 years experience in the textile manufacturing industry. He currently leads United’s sales department, working closely with both buyers and engineers to ensure they receive the best possible product to meet their requirements. You will often see Wayne representing the company at several trade shows and conferences throughout the year. When not in the office, Wayne enjoys cooking, golfing, and spending time with family (including his UITP family).


Ken Perry

Co-Owner 

Ken spent over 45 years in the textile manufacturing industry. As one of the company’s key innovators, Ken was responsible for continuous process refinement, including the research of new equipment to help keep UITP at the cutting edge of custom fabrication. He also oversaw building maintenance and lead the charge making United a safe and healthy environment for everyone who comes to work each day. Ken is now enjoying retirement, but still visits the shop regularly and consults on special projects.


Joanne Perry

Chief Financial Officer (joannep@uitprod.com)

Joanne has been keeping the UITP team organized since 1999 by overseeing all administrative functions to make sure people and systems are working cohesively. Over the course of her 45-year career she has prided herself on working with honesty and integrity, while giving 100% to any job she has held. Joanne has been involved in animal rescue for the past 13 years. In addition to spending time with her rescue cats, Joanne enjoys being in the sunshine while gardening, visiting plant shows, flea markets and yard sales.


Wayne M. Perry

Wayne has been providing UITP with engineering, textile manufacturing and IT service for over 16 years. Prior to that, he proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force. Wayne manages the daily operation of the business, providing the vision and leadership to keep us moving toward our goals. Wayne also handles all design work for UITP’s products. When off-duty, Wayne can be found enjoying a pint at a local brewery, or checking out the newest movies and video games.


Rebecca Kreke

Lead – Business Integrator (rebeccak@uitprod.com)

Rebecca brings over 14 years of professional experience spanning a multitude of industries. With a keen eye for strategic opportunities, she spends her days ensuring that UITP is operating at peak efficiency while also managing the company’s HR program. She is a SHRM-CP and member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys rooting for her favorite New England sports teams and spending time outdoors with her family and their two cattle dogs.


Jason Perry

Shipping/Receiving Manager (jasonp@uitprod.com)

Jason has served UITP in a variety of capacities over the past 16 years. Currently, Jay is both the first and last line of defense at UITP, making sure customer orders are correctly packaged and shipped out in a timely manner, while also monitoring all receiving functions for the company. In his free time, Jason enjoys playing video games and is currently working towards bowling a perfect 300.


Deena Perdue

Quality Assurance Manager / ISO Rep (deenap@uitprod.com)

Deena Perdue has 6 years of experience in the textile manufacturing industry. Formerly a valued member of UITP’s production team, she now serves as Quality Assurance Manager. Deena maintains United’s QMS and ensures we are operating in compliance with ISO and the quality objectives of the company. When not in the office, Deena enjoys relaxing with her two dogs and reading.


Rafael Rodriguez

Production Manager (rafaelr@uitprod.com)

Rafael, or Ralf, has been part of the UITP team since 2016, most recently leading the efforts of our Cutting Department. As Production Manager, he oversees the day-to-day complexities of the shop floor, ensuring that UITP meets its obligations to both its customers and employees. Ralf embodies the UITP ideal of continuous improvement and is regularly seen working with the production team to create and implement new processes or research new equipment. In his free time Ralf enjoys cooking, spending time with his dogs Marty and Asa, and World of Warcraft.
