The team at United has passed its 2019 surveillance audit for the ISO 9001:2015 certification! The successful completion of the audit demonstrates our capability and commitment to maintain and improve upon the level of quality in our processes, and our product.
Surveillance audits are conducted by a third party to ensure continued compliance with the ISO standard and the procedures outlined in our Quality Management System. Deena Perdue, Quality Assurance Manager, noted that no non-conformities were found during the audit. She attributed the achievement to the efforts of the entire team, who consistently strive to meet and exceed quality standards on a daily basis.
